There has been a letter given out with information on the school Christmas show, if you’ve not received this please ask for a copy, also please see attached. Rehearsals are only for one term, performing is such a worthwhile opportunity and experience for your child no matter what age; if parents have any reservations please call and I’ll answer all the questions I can. With this in mind, please get permission and helper slips back to me ASAP.GOOD LUCK
Students ISTD modern and tap had their exams on the 20th, 26th of June and we have more on the 8th July. Please keep your fingers crossed for good results! WELL DONE to all those who took part.WATERMANS
Students from Grade 2 and 5 ballet grades have been invited to perform their classical piece ‘Air a Danser’ to music of The Penguin Café Orchestra at the Brentford Dance Festival at the Waterman’s Theatre, it will be a showcase of work from dance schools around the Brentford and Richmond area. Get permission slips back ASAP please.SUMMER SCHOOL
The dates for the 2nd annual Summer School are the 16th– 20th August. Information attached, we have new guest teachers taking classes throughout the week, if you are in London don’t let your child miss out on this exciting week of dance.FEES
Fees are due by the 16th July. No discounts apply after this date.Siblings and those taking 3 classes remember to discount 5% and those taking 4 classes discount 10%
UNIFORM
Please ensure your child is appropriately dressed to dance. I still have children without shoes and leotards, this is no longer acceptable.Please also make sure your child has their hair up in a pony tail away from the face or in a bun for babies to Pre primary.
A bun must be worn for Grade 1 ballet and upwards.
